Returns
All online camera purchases come with a 14 day return policy. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition. Any items that appear to have been damaged or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when handling cameras as we cannot accept any items that have been physically forced or damaged. The item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of cameras at the time at which the return is received for processing. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How do I organise a return?

Where do I send my return item?
We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorised. Please do not return any items before requesting a refund via email.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the items only.
Are returns free?
The shipping cost of returning item(s) back to us for an exchange or refund, is not covered by us. The buyer is responsible for the costs if the item(s) does not come back to us in its original condition or if the item is lost by the post so we please ask you to use recorded delivery.
