Contax iii with Carl Zeiss Jena 5cm F1.5 Sonnar.
Body. Pre war Contax most likely from 1938 as the matching serial numbers on the back and body are G13322. This is not a re-badged Kiev. The Contax is a historically important camera going head to head with Leica before the war. The camera has had a flash synch socket added at some point, probably an early mod due to teh brassing (untested).
Lens. Pre-war Carl Zeiss Jena 5cm F1.5 Sonnar. Probably from 1937 serial number 1909512.
Comes with Wallace Heaton lens cap and leather case.
Please see in the listing for photos taken with this camera and lens. Also examples of the lens on a Nikon Mirrorless (to follow)

Contax III with F1.5 5cm Zeiss Sonar
Body. There is a lot of wear to the body as can be seen with the chrome having worn away to reveal brass in a number of places. The light meter is still responsive (but presumably not accurate). The glass on the top of the meter has a crack. Film tested.
Lens. Nice clear glass with one or two dust spots. A couple of very faint scratches on the rear element that are only visible when looking through with a torch. There is some oil on the aperture blades, but being a rangefinder this will not hinder the lens performance.
